The workshop
Under the lid
A grand holds around twenty tonnes of string tension and ten thousand moving parts. Tuning is the visit you notice; regulation and voicing are what make the piano feel and sound like itself again.
Tuning
Aural tuning checked against a reference, at home, at school or on stage. Pitch raises for pianos that have drifted far below A = 440.

What a visit costs
Prices include VAT and travel within Vilnius. Outside the city we add €0.45 per kilometre.

Restoration is quoted in writing after we have seen the instrument. The inspection fee is deducted if you go ahead.
Questions
Before you call
How often should a piano be tuned?
At home, once or twice a year. The biggest changes come when the heating season starts and ends, so October and April are the busiest months.
My piano hasn't been tuned for years. Is it worth saving?
Usually yes. A piano far below pitch is brought up in stages to protect the strings and soundboard. If it isn't worth the money, we will tell you so.
Can I play the instruments before buying?
Yes. Write to us and we will set aside a quiet hour in the showroom so you can play for as long as you need.
Do you deliver?
Within Lithuania and to neighbouring countries, with specialist movers. The first tuning in the new room is included.
Do you service digital pianos?
No. We work only on acoustic uprights and grands.
